The platform is deployed on your infrastructure and you manage the run-time, with product support and updates provided by us.

  • Annual licence based on the number of governed Assets/Data Sets in productive environment. No user limit.
  • Does not include infrastructure costs (computing, network, storage).
  • All native modules and functionalities of the contracted version, without segmentation by “packages”.
  • Native integrations developed by Anjana Data and access to plugins for third-party tools (active and passive government).
  • Up to two non-production environments without additional licence fees and unlimited VPE environments.

One governed asset is any object inventoried in the catalogue of a production instance that is located in a active status within the governance lifecycle. In particular, governed assets are considered to be those objects whose state is Approved o Discontinued.

Excluded from this definition are:

  • Objects of type Dataset Field, as they are considered to be indivisible components of a Dataset and not separate assets for governance purposes.
  • Objects of type Relation, which act as elements of context and traceability between assets, but not as governed assets in their own right.

 

Consequently, a governed asset represents a catalogue element on which data governance policies, such as change control, validations, accountabilities, quality, security and traceability, are effectively applied.
