Four years of Anjana, four years of success

In Anjana Data We are celebrating our fourth anniversary, and since last year we celebrated it by looking back and highlighting what we have achieved in our first 3 years of life, this time we want to celebrate it by sharing with all of you what awaits us in the near future.

In the last 365 days we have continued to grow as a company and to contribute our grain of sand to the ecosystem, increasing our community of customers and partners and reaching more geographies. In addition to Spain, Portugal, Chile, Peru and Ecuador, we are now represented in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Uruguay, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic, and we are exploring new markets such as Italy and Benelux. We are gradually publishing the success stories We are achieving together with our clients and unveiling the keys thanks to which they are managing to achieve their objectives with Anjana Data. In this sense, thanks to our reputation and good work, the near future awaits us with a growth and a international expansion The public sector is gaining momentum at a fast pace, but still has a long way to go and challenges to face.

On the other hand, as always, we have been generating and sharing quality content about all the trending topics related to Data Governance, very much hand in hand with our partner Gartner, with whose analysts we often share our market views. Among other topics, we have discussed Adaptive Data & Analytics Governance, DataOps, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Marketplace, Data Lakehouse, Active Metadata, Data Sharing Agreements, the DAMA framework, ... always following our philosophy based on our experience (which is based on what we call “proactive and preventive governance agnostic to data technologies”). Soon we will also start talking about Artificial Intelligence Governance, The new regulations that are coming in Europe and Latin American countries, the increasingly famous Data Spaces, the challenges facing the public sector in moving towards a more efficient administration and the need for a more efficient and effective public administration. data-driven, and, of course, Generative AI (I know, we must be the only ones who haven't made a statement yet, but we like to know what we're talking about before we jump into the pool and we're still playing around with it).

This attitude is part of what makes us unique... the #genAnjana, that gene that makes it possible for us to incorporate into our family TOP professionals but above all, good people who love what they do and always want to give a little bit more, with enthusiasm and excitement. This is the gene that keeps pushing us day by day and that will take us another year to achieve what we have set out to do without forgetting how we got here and why we do what we do. Part of our mission is to infect the ecosystem with that #genAnjana and continue to bring those who share it into our boat.

As could not be otherwise, all this is also reflected in the evolution of our Platform, which has made a very significant leap in quality, with a clear focus on improving the end-user experience and favouring the automation of technical processes, key elements to help our customers to operationalise their government initiatives, overcoming resistance to change and accompanying them on their way according to their degree of maturity. 

In our eagerness to improve every day a little more, we want to take advantage of the celebration of these four years, in which the market has grown, matured and has become tremendously demanding, to tell you that in the coming weeks we will announce the release of an new version of Anjana Data Platform. This new version will bring with it many news: interface changes that bring freshness and simplicity of design; improvements in the user experience adapting to what the user expects from their profile and reducing the learning curve; advanced capabilities The new modules are based on a number of new technologies that respond to the different needs of our customers (such as a new Data Lineage module); evolutions in the more technical aspects in terms of architecture, deployment mechanisms, security and interoperability, as well as platform monitoring, operation and administration; increased configurability, adaptability and extensibility (yes, although it seems impossible, Anjana could still be more flexible); extended and bidirectional native integrations (this really makes us highly differential) on other complementary technologies on which we bet as market leaders (Denodo, Cloudera, Snowflake, Omma Data, Tableau or native Cloud services - AWS, Azure and GCP); a licensing model that continues to adapt to what the market requires, The new SaaS packages for those who do not want to manage infrastructure; and, in addition, new sales and distribution channels to take full advantage of what the marketplaces of the main CSPs (AWS, Azure and GCP) have to offer.

And, of course, we will also be announcing new content y new levels in one of our greatest and most welcomed assets, the Official Certification from Anjana Data. It's amazing when we do the numbers and we realise that more than 600 professionals have already gone through our Training Platform but we still don't know enough and we want to reach more people, more companies and more places. Don't worry, as always, we will raffle free access again.

In addition, and although Anjana Data's participation in specialised data events is already a classic, this year we will also kick off the own face-to-face events, In coordination with our partners, where we will be directly responsible for coordinating and leading these private meetings to which we will be inviting people from our community to share knowledge and experiences. Soon we will announce the first of them and we will launch the invitations so stay tuned.

Our goal for the next 365 days is to continue to assist organisations with their data strategy and continue to contribute to the ecosystem in the way we know best, offering our customers an exceptional service from professionals with a long history and experience in Data Governance & Analytics. For this reason, the team will continue to maintain the closeness that characterises us so much with our clients and partners. A year ago we said that the #genAnjana is knowing how to step up to the plate when it comes to offering a better service, have a good attitude, We want to improve every day and we are willing to give the best of ourselves in every initiative we carry out. We always say it, but one more year it is worth repeating it, The best thing about Anjana Data is the people who are part of the team.
