Today more than ever, we're opening up: Anjana Data presents its success stories

From Anjana Data we were eager to share openly with you all how we answer the typical questions we are always asked after a demo of our Platform: “Which organisations are using Anjana Data?”; “What has been their journey to implement it and what use cases are they working on?”; «How do we help these organisations and what impact does Anjana Data have on their data strategy?”.
And what better way to do this than by recounting some of our success stories We will be able to share first-hand the benefits being obtained by those organisations that have placed their trust in us. With this objective in mind, we will be launching a series of resources in the coming weeks in which we will describe how some of our clients are obtaining value thanks to Anjana Data, what needs they are covering, what use cases they are tackling, what objectives they have set themselves, how Anjana Data fits into their architecture and, very importantly, what challenges they have overcome in order to obtain these benefits.
And to kick off this initiative, we are going to start with a very special success story for us, that of the Government of Aragon, on which we have worked with our partners Hiberus y DQTeam on an architecture based on AWS.
In the Government of Aragon, Anjana Data is a key part of the architecture based on native services in the AWS Public Cloud which was designed for the construction of its Data Governance Platform. The aim of this platform is to provide the different departments of the institution with a secure space through which to make the data they have on citizens available to other administrative units in different departments that may need it. The platform allows this to be done in a secure and agile way, reducing the time of the staff dedicated to document management, so that this is converted into quality time for citizen service.
The platform aims to build bridges between the different departments in order to promote the data sharing, The aim is to build this integrated view of data to make it a data-driven organisation. It is a transformer change which is not only based on technology, but also on other pillars such as organisation, regulations and standardisation. Technology is the enabler of the project, but without the business part it is impossible to carry out the project.
The first part of this project consists of this organisational change, in which the departments cease to operate independently in order to centralise data sharing, and all this with all the guarantees of security, both legal and technical. This process is materialised thanks to the DSAs (Data Sharing Agreements); i.e. through a data sharing protocol.
Once data sharing is allowed, data must go through a standardisation process (establishing the same language for all departments), so that data is homogeneous. The next step is to establish an active data governance framework, which allows all the data available to the platform to be inventoried and controlled.
