Anjana Data 4.4 incorporates new features to enrich the user experience.

Anjana Data, the most innovative Data Governance & Analytics platform in the market for the implementation of flexible governance, presents its new version 4.4; which includes new features and relevant elements that enrich the user experience, with new UX & UI capabilities, advanced workflow configuration and other components in terms of functionality coverage.
One of the highlights of this new 4.4 release is the new capabilities of user support and personalisation in the Data Portal, where a new functionality for saving customised filters has been incorporated. Thus, the user can save a search made previously in Anjana to reuse or modify it later. This search includes the filters, the options to view all versions and relations, and the search engine box in the header of the platform. In addition, improvements are included in the visualisation of information, new options for user aliases, roles and Organisational Units and the possibility of including a style sheet for the platform's web front end that allows customising both the colours of the application and some other aspects of the interface.
In addition, Anjana Data 4.4 includes new features with regard to the workflows. On the one hand, it incorporates the possibility for users to carry out a mass approval of workflows so that they can be validated with the same response and the same comment and, on the other hand, it incorporates a function in the Configuration Panel that allows the workflows configured to be validated before being deployed to avoid having two workflows with the same ID and this generates conflicts.
In addition, we can see an evolution in the capabilities of lineage and visualisation of the knowledge network, A configuration option has been added to limit the display of the graph according to the number of objects and nodes to be displayed. A new button has also been included in the interface to allow users to launch the calculation of the complete lineage on demand.
The latest version of Anjana also brings improvements in terms of the loading and importing objects via excel template, This includes more error-checking features and reduced processing times for imported files.
With regard to aspects of architecture In addition to the technical aspects, a communications encryption protocol has been included in the Tot Plugins (those used for integrations with other technologies) and another encryption mechanism for those configurations that may be sensitive.
Finally, new warnings have been added in the module of notifications, the possibility of sliding easily between the columns of the administration panel, and capacities are expanded in the API administrative functions such as the possibility to terminate a workflow in case of an error in the validation process or the mass editing of a complete list of objects.
